Executive Chef Steven has an impressive 15-year tenure at W Seattle. With a culinary journey spanning nearly 40 years, he honed his skills in diverse kitchens ranging from resort hotels to the finest dining establishments. Growing up in Hawaii, Executive Chef Steven has firsthand appreciation and experience with many types of cultural events, food ingredients, and cuisine. He finds joy in witnessing others sharing the culinary experiences he crafts.

Executive Sous Chef Ross has served on the culinary team at W Seattle for 12 years. Ross's time at W Seattle has given him the opportunity to experience a diverse array of culinary cuisines, allowing him to delve into various styles of food. Rather than having a favorite cuisine, Chef Ross's passion is in the continuous exploration of new flavors and culinary techniques.
